Linda Chase, LCSW, CGP is a Psychotherapist and has maintained a private practice in Houston, Texas, since 2001. With more than 15 years experience and training in the mental health field, Ms. Chase works within a broad range of areas including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting and relationship issues. Clinical Background and Training
Upon obtaining her Masters in Social Work from the University of Houston's Graduate School of Social Work, Ms. Chase completed a Postgraduate Fellowship program in Clinical Social Work at the Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. In addition, she completed a two-year Fellowship program in the Houston-Galveston Psychoanalytic Institute's Postgraduate Studies in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with adults. Ms. Chase also completed a two-year Fellowship position in the Postgraduate Studies in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with children and adolescents. For two years, Ms Chase worked and trained in the Eating Disorders Program at Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
Ms Chase has made numerous presentations on various Eating Disorder related topics to colleagues, physicians, students, school counselors and nurses, mothers, college counselors, members of Houston Group Psychotherapy Society, Graduate School of Social Work and Clinical Social Work Interns and Fellows at Baylor Psychiatry Clinic.
